Ex-Apple Engineer Launches Moov, The Next Generation Wearable Fitness Tracking Device

The upcoming technology era is all about Wearable, Smartphone and Tables. Companies working to introduce medical devices by which user can get a full checkup report right on their Phone display. Ex-Apple Engineer founded a company Moov, dedicated to develop Wearable Fitness Devices, which tells how to improve your workout and get most out of it. Its s wrist watch like Band, which uses the 9-axis sensors powered with software and algorithms to track each and every body movement in space with using any camera, these sensors will give you tips to run with giving much strains on your Knees or pick up the weights with suitable force. It is a fiber disc, half a dollar coin sized, you can it to track different movements like on your ankle, arm or wrist, you can also mounted on equipments like Cricket bat, or Tennis racket or golf sticks.

Meng Li, cofounder of Moov said “It’s pretty clever. When you’re running, the Moov will give real-time audio tips right through your headphones about how to shorten or lengthen your stride or speed up. And even better, the app can run while your music plays, only interrupting to hit you with a helpful tipI see it as my AI coach who not only tracks my moves, but works out with me in real-time: watches out for me on how to avoid injuries; whispers to me the secrets of losing weight while I do cardio; yells at me when I cheat; and encourages me to beat the pros.


Device basically built by Nikola Hu, Ex-Apple and Halo Game Engineer and Meng Li and Tony Yuan, the firm is powered by a crowd funding from several Investors, and now they seeking $40 K raise, by which they can arrange a initial shipment of 650 Moov units at $59 for a piece. The device will be available to summer, supporting on only iPhone.
