To make yourself mentally prepared that you are safe, the first and the foremost thing is to be self confident, both mentally and physically. A woman needs t think that she is not alone or she is not weak. Start your training of your Martial Arts and Karate as soon as possible. It is always advisable for every woman that don’t be dependent on anybody for your protection and learn self defense as early as you can.
