It was a nightmare when Apple filed a patent
violation lawsuit in the court against technology giant Google, says that they
copied the UI designs from Apple’s iOs. The suit was against Samsung but the Os
comes from Google so they had to come to court for testify the development process.
Now, that lawsuit has reached a truce, says both companies are agreed to
dismiss all the patent lawsuits against each other. The Apple and Google released
a joint statement, in which they’re agreed to work together in some of the
area. Apple and several other android phone makers’ were sued over the
patent-Infringement battles in several countries. Apple has accused Samsung of
violating patent law by using features of iPhone and iPad but companies
responded that Google created the technology first. The business perspective
apple wants more than money that is Mobile Market share because Android has
been recognized a world’s most popular Mobile Operating System.

reached settlements over the past couple of years. However, the highest-profile
case -- Apple v. Samsung -- continues to work its way through the
courts. A jury in San Jose, Calif., earlier this month ruled that both
companies infringed some of each other's patents.”
Other companies including Apple, Google, Samsung
and Various phone makers are repulsing the patent trolls simultaneously. These
corps is waiting for the products to come in the market that allegedly
infringes the patents. Google Glass is one of the most controversial and useful
product form Google. According to Lex Machina, a companies from Silicon Valley
started last year and helping enterprises to change the way they register the patents
and licensing, Google and Apple are the biggest defender of 59 cases.
